We became aware through our monitoring that one of the PDU's in rack a8.z4 (pdu2) went down and sent an engineer to the location to inspect.

After checking it was noticed the breaker was off, the engineer switched the breaker back on and got the pdu powered back on.

It was found out the breaker tripped because of a bad PSU in one of the servers in the same rack.
