Due to an observed memory-related issue on our routers in NZS, we will be performing an emergency preventive reload to avoid the risk of service-impacting issues.

We will reload one router at a time, fully verifying that it has returned to normal operation before proceeding with the second router.

Our datacenter network is designed with full router redundancy specifically for scenarios like this, and we do not expect any service impact for customers with redundant BGP sessions.

Customers with only a single BGP session may experience a temporary interruption while the router handling their session is reloaded.

We will closely monitor the network throughout the maintenance and provide further updates as necessary.
